Piano and Vocals by Annemarie Picerno

“Dreams and Wings”  began as a piano arrangement performed by Annemarie Picerno using simple but flowing patterns that intertwined with soaring arpeggios and dissonant chords.  The music was then arranged with Annemarie's vocals to tell the story of loving from darkness to light,  and loving truly without fear of loss.  Produced solely by Annemarie, the arrangement between piano and vocals intentionally strips away any over production , to lay bare the emotions in the music and vocal delivery to tell the story of vision and dreams. The video reflects the metaphors behind the lyrics as Annemarie always writes with imagery for the listener to explore their own interpretation of how courage to fly and using our wings leads us to making our dreams a reality.
